Prison Broadcasting Network wins TWO LOERIE AWARDS!!

A TV Commercial filmed by some of the ex-offender students of Prison Broadccasting Network just won TWO LOERIE AWARDS at the recent prestigious event held in Cape Town. The Loeries are internationally recognised and were established to recognise, reward and foster creative excellence. They are awarded to top achievers in Africa and the Middle-East in every area of brand communication. The commercial won bronze awards in both the "Live Activation" and "TV and Cinema Commercial" categories. We'd like to thank OGILVY CAPE TOWN and PLATYPUS PRODUCTIONS for sponsoring this production and for the awesome job they did to make this an award-winning commercial. Bizarrely, despite this true reflection of our achievements in the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders and ex-offenders respectively, our services still remain shut down in Pollsmoor and we are on the verge of closing down completely due to the effect this has had on our financial sustainability.
